Dr. Rahul Mishra currently holds the position of assistant professor at LTRC, IIIT-Hyderabad. Before joining IIIT-Hyderabad, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Geneva, Switzerland, where his focus was on detecting and preventing healthcare misinformation. Prior to that, Dr. Mishra worked as a research scientist at Samsung R&D Institute in Bangalore, concentrating on the optimization of large language models. He also took on the role of a visiting researcher at the computer science department at ETH, Zurich, Switzerland.

Dr. Mishra earned his Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Stavanger, Norway, and a master's degree in computer science from IIITD. His professional journey includes stints at various industrial research organizations, including IBM Research, TCS Research, and KPIT Technologies.
