Schedule:
November 2, 2012 (Before 12:00pm) : Report at academic office and collect Angavastram
November 2, 2012 (5:00pm to 6:00pm) : Dress Rehearsal
November 3, 2012 8.00 AM : Break fast at IIIT-H Guest House
November 3, 2012 9.30 AM : Proceed to convocation venue
November 3, 2012 10.15 AM : Distribution of certificates
November 3, 2012 11.30 AM : Convocation Ceremony
Dress Code:
The trend that has been set last year will continue. We are going to have the dress code that suits our ethos.
The following is the dress code for convocation 2012:
Men : Kurtha Pyjama or Kurtha Dhoti.
Women : Saree or Salwar Kameez
Color : Off White / Pale Cream (Please avoid white colour)
Material : Handloom Cotton / Silk (Mangalagiri cotton is what you can ask for in the shops)
Angavastram : Different colour for each program (will be provided by institute)

5)Institute is procuring some kurta pyjamas of various sizes. In case you need one, book it in advance. Please fill in the form given below to reserve your kurta. The price would approximately be around Rs.550/- for the kurta pyjama set.
